There goes Apple again making more work for me. The apparently beautiful new iPad screens have a remarkably high resolution, nearly as big as the large, full size ipad desktop wallpapers I offer. This is a strange shortcoming of the iOS Safari browser that is limiting the size of the image as it is displayed. Tapping the image and saving it to your iPad should result in it saving the full size retina resolution for ipad wallpaper.
